How do I add a new height record?
- Tap the large + Add New Record button on the Home/Dashboard screen.
- Enter the date of measurement (defaults to today).
- Enter the height in your preferred unit (cm or inches).
- Tap "Save." The new record will immediately update the growth chart.
How do the Growth Charts work?
The Growth Chart visualizes all the height records you have logged for the current baby. The line tracks their progress over time. Tallie Pro users can optionally overlay standard growth curves (WHO/CDC) for comparison.
The Average Growth rate is calculated based on all recorded measurements to provide a standardized metric of progress.
What are Height Predictions?
Height Predictions are an advanced feature (Tallie Pro required). The app uses a proprietary algorithm based on the baby's current growth curve and rate to forecast their potential height at future milestones (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 1 year).

How do I add another baby profile?
- Go to the **Settings** screen (Gear icon).
- Scroll down to **Manage Babies**.
- Tap the **Add Another Baby** button.
- Enter the new baby's details (Name, DOB, etc.).
You can track up to two babies in the free version; unlimited profiles require Tallie Pro.
How do I switch between my children?
On the Home/Dashboard screen, tap the baby's name/photo at the top of the screen to open the **Switch Baby** menu. Select the child whose records you wish to view or update.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions must be managed through the respective app store where you made the purchase:
For iOS:
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap "Subscriptions."
- Select Tallie and tap "Cancel Subscription."
For Android:
- Open Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Tallie and tap "Cancel subscription."
technical issues & data
My data isn't syncing across my devices (iCloud Sync).
- Ensure you have a Tallie Pro subscription active.
- Go to **Settings** → **iCloud Sync** and ensure the connection shows "Connected & Active."
- Verify both devices are logged into the same Apple ID/Google Account with iCloud/Google Drive enabled for Tallie.
- Close and reopen Tallie on both devices.
- If the issue persists, contact support with screenshots of your iCloud Sync status on both devices.
How do I delete a single height record?
- Go to the Calendar/Records view.
- Locate the specific record you wish to delete.
- Tap the trash can icon (🗑️) next to the record.
- Confirm the deletion. The chart will automatically recalculate.
