important: by downloading, installing, or using the tallie mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. please read them carefully.
1. app overview
tallie is a mobile application designed to help parents and guardians track, visualize, and analyze their baby's height and growth milestones. the app provides tools for logging measurements, generating growth charts, and predicting future milestones. tallie offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
2. subscription services (tallie pro)
2.1 available subscriptions (Pricing Updated as Requested)
tallie pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- weekly subscription: $1.99 per week
- yearly subscription: $29.99 per year (best value!)
note: prices may vary by location and are subject to change. current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 subscription features

2.3 auto-renewal terms
important subscription information:
- subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
- yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
- you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings after purchase
3. payment and billing
3.1 payment processing
all subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (apple app store or google play store). payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

4.1 how to cancel
for iOS users:
- open the settings app on your iphone or ipad
- tap your name at the top
- tap "subscriptions"
- find tallie and tap it
- tap "cancel subscription"
for android users:
- open the google play store app
- tap menu → subscriptions
- find tallie and tap it
- tap "cancel subscription"
4.2 cancellation terms
- you can cancel your subscription at any time
- cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- you will continue to have access to pro features until the end of the paid period
- no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period
5. refund policy
all sales are final. refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:
- iOS: submit refund requests through apple's report a problem website
- android: request refunds through google play store customer service
tallie does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.
6. health and medical disclaimer
critical medical notice:
- tallie is a **height tracking tool** for informational and entertainment purposes only, not a medical device.
- it is **not intended** to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease, condition, or health issue.
- the app's predictions and charts are based on statistical data and user input, **not professional medical evaluation**.

7. user responsibilities and content
- you must be the parent or legal guardian to input data for a child.
- you are responsible for the accuracy of all height and profile data entered into the app.
- you agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app.
- you will use the app only for its intended purpose of personal height tracking.
8. data and privacy
your family's growth data is treated with the utmost care. please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, especially the sensitive height and profile data.
9. cloud sync and data storage
- cloud sync is a premium feature available to pro subscribers.
- synced data includes all baby profiles and height records.
- we leverage secure, third-party cloud services (like iCloud or Google Drive) for backup; we do not guarantee permanent storage independent of your cloud provider.
- data may be deleted after extended periods of account inactivity.
10. age requirements
tallie is intended for use by adults (parents or guardians). users under 18 should have parental consent before subscribing to tallie pro.
11. termination
we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to tallie at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.
12. limitation of liability
tallie and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- medical decisions made based on data or predictions from the app.
- data loss or technical issues.
- any reliance on the app for health-related advice.
13. disclaimer of warranties
tallie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- that predictions will accurately reflect actual growth.
- compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
14. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the united states. any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
15. entire agreement
these terms of use, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tallie regarding use of the app.
